This is the story of our founder Late. Shri Chandulal Keshavji Atha and the establishment of Jalaram Khaman Mart, Mr. Chandulal was a passionate man with great cooking skills, he and his father and brother migrated from Pakistan after the partition of 1947, after which, with struggles and failures Shri Chandulalbhai with his wife Shrimati Shantaben, 3 sons and 1 daughter and with blessings of Saint Shri Jalaram Bapa started making dhoklas at their small house around 1976. slowly and gradually the people started loving the taste and quality of the dhoklas with which raised the business, and the financial situation of the family improved. Shri Chandulalbhai than opened a small shop selling Farsan and Dhoklas in the year 1986 under the brand name of Shri Jalaram Bapa, He also purchased a workshop in the Year 1988 and officially inaugurated the brand Jalaram Khaman Mart, later the journey was full of hardships and struggle. Jalaram Khaman Mart then opened its retail shop at Juna Mulund, R.P Road, Mulund, Mumbai. in the year 1994 and from then on started making and selling Dhokla there, till the date this workshop is a destination for any Gujarati craving for real tasty dhoklas. In the year 2001, we lost our founder but we know that his blessings are still with us, guiding us to righteousness. With Shri Jalaram Bapa’s, Shri Chanulalbhai’s and Shrimati Shantaben’s blessings we opened our another and only branch on the same road in Sanghvi Chawl Building in the year 2013 and is still loved and preferred by our customers whenever they want to eat the real Gujarati Snacks.
